PairMe, hosted by UROP, is a dynamic platform dedicated to connecting students with research opportunities and mentors in their field of interest. It is a centralized hub where undergraduates can explore various research projects thereby networking with faculty members or graduate students, and gain valuable hands-on experience in academic research.

Interested in pursuing the Research Option? Students who earn the Research Option transcript designator fulfill three main elements: (1) conduct at least 9 credit hours of research, (2) take two 1-credit research writing courses, and (3) write and submit a research thesis. Last academic year, 116 students graduated with the Research Option.

PURA Salary Awards offer up to $1,500 in hourly wages to undergraduate students who are conducting research under the supervision and mentorship of a Georgia Tech or Georgia Tech Research Institute faculty member. Click the button below for more information.
